What is included in my selling fees?

Our viewings service, which covers all viewings, costs basic 199€  + IVA or Advanced 399€ + IVA (including Interactive 3D tour). There are no hidden fees or charges.

My property is already on the market. Can I use Buffalo Brix?

Yes, you can still use Buffalo Brix. You can choose to instruct us straight away and set the date for your marketing to start as the day your current agreement comes to an end. You could also instruct us as an additional agent, subject to the terms of your existing agency agreement.

Does Buffalo Brix really only charge 0.9% commission on a property sale?

Yes. We pride ourselves on always having low commission for our customers. The 0.9% commission is only payable to Buffalo Brix on the completion of the Property sale.  

When do I pay my fees and how do I make payment?

All of our customers have the choice to pay either using cash, credit card, paypal or bank transfer on the day of signing the Buffalo Marketing Agreement.

Do you hold my credit card or debit card details?

The information you provide will never be stored by Buffalo Managment SL (Buffalo Brix.)

What is the Property of the Month?

Exclusive paid offer for 4 properties every month, that includes the prime location on the webpage, extra advertising across our networks and partnerships and social media spotlight. This is paid on a rolling monthly payment.

Can I suggest/recommend an alternative date for a viewing if I am not available?

Yes. All you need to do is contact your Buffalo Brix Manager, who would always be in attendance for each viewing to attend to questions and queries.

What happens if I do not sell my property?

Should your property be on the market longer than expected, we will help you review your options and conduct a full marketing review of your property every 28 days. We look at everything such as all of your previous viewings and feedback, ways to boost your viewings and we will re-evaluate the local market including details of what is selling in the area.

Would I get more money for my property with a high street Estate Agent?

No. We will help you to achieve the best possible price. We will help with negotiations and have a great marketing team for reach. We judge our success on the basis of achieving the top price for our customers in a transparent way.

Do you ever release my personal contact details or information?

No. We will not share any of your personal details and they will not be visible to the other party on our webpage. We do however provide your name and contact number to the opposing party when a viewing is arranged, just in case you need to communicate on the day, before the viewing takes place.

What are your Terms and Conditions if I agree to sell or buy through you?

The agreement with Buffalo Brix is not all about us, but what we offer and what we promise to do.

How do I review my Property to make sure everything is correct?

When your personal Buffalo Brix property listing is ready with all uploaded photographs, measurements, descriptions and floor plan – you will receive a message (text or email) telling you that your property is now live on the webpage.
